Mini Therapy Horses at The Rose Parade

Pearl and her six sisters are so honored to participate in the 2018 Tournament of Roses Parade with our volunteer handlers.

Pearl, Victoria and Steve were part of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department Equestrian entry led by Sheriff Jim McDonnell in 2016.  This year we are so excited that our charity was selected to be one of the Equestrian units that embody the theme of “Making a Difference”.  This theme is so in sync with our mission. We love our community and all of the children and adults that we serve and, hope to spread more love, kindness and compassion as we continue on our mission in the new year.  We feel grateful and humbled to be a part of something so special and we hope to make life long connections with all of our new friends.

“The 2018 theme, ‘Making a Difference,’ is a way to honor and celebrate all of the people in our communities, who quietly and without desire for reward or recognition, act in selfless, generous and kind ways to aid or benefit others.”
